Interpeting Your Microbiological Results

To start please refer to the type of system the sample was taken from, then select the bacteria that your sample results refer to (note flow diagrams can only really be viewed in Internet Explorer):

Cooling System (or similar system such as an air scrubber etc.)

• Aerobic Colony Counts The aerobic colony count (ACC), is sometimes called the total viable count (TVC), colony count, or plate count
• Legionellae Bacteria

Domestic water system
