Wendy Davis joins SMS Environmental

SMS Environmental are delighted to announce that as of 4th August 2008 Wendy Davis will be joining our Business Development team at Bristol.

Wendy started her career with Rhone Poulenc, one of the largest Specialist Chemical companies in Europe. She worked in the QC Lab for 4 years whilst studying for her HNC in Physical Chemistry and Maths. She then took a Technical Support role within the Customer Services Team for 5 years, dealing with a broad client base.

In 1993 Wendy joined Vickers laboratories as a sales Executive, where her main role was selling reagents used in monitoring Water Quality at Water Treatment Works to Water Companies in the UK.

In 2002 Wendy joined one of Europe’s leading analytical companies, ALcontrol laboratories, where her role was that of a Business Development Manager. Here she set up contracts for Drinking Water and Legionella analysis, working with many large Facilities Management companies within the Water Hygiene Industry.

Wendy brings over 15 years of sales experience to SMS Environmental which has mostly been within the Water Treatment and Water Hygiene Industries.

Wendy loves all things Italian and visits Italy every year. She’s a devoted ‘foodie’ and loves to cook.
